Weight lost, but no loss in measurements

Hello! Looking at the address, I am absolutely sure you will know what to order. Basically I consider it "slender fat"; I was trying to lose weight and fat. I was losing weight (permanent), but my measurements still stand. Does anyone know why, and can anyone give some advice so that I can continue losing fat and measurements? thank you in advance!

  2. Fuck your measurements. Just keep exercising hard. Eating well. Sleeping well. Change will happen. Don’t be looking for it. Keep training hard and in a couple of months you’ll be like “fuck. I’m looking alright!”.

  3. It might just be the time of day you took the measurements and how much water you were retaining. It sounds like you’re heading in the right direction, so just keep on going and try if possible to focus on the bigger picture and not stress the minutiae.
