  1. Don’t worry about it at all, I think its very useful to do that once in a while in order to keep discipline.
    The regrets sometimes can kill haha.

  2. I think stopping for fast food is a good thing. View it like a treat, and don’t feel guilty. If it becomes habitual, opt for healthier choices within the fast food (non salted fries, salad, water, etc.).

    It’s also about the “long haul,” if you are eating at a caloric deficit overall, while still maintaining a solid diet that you enjoy, you are doing great.
