Not moving much outside of my workouts.

I work 5-6 days a week to lift weights and do some cardio exercises as well. Other than that, I lead an unstable lifestyle. How much movement do you guys make outside of exercise time? Only curious.

  2. I work in an office, but I’m far more active than most other people where I work. During “normal” times, I lift 3-4 days a week and get 10,000 steps a day. We have an awesome nature trail there; I park as far from the office as you can; and I take the stairs to the 8th floor 3-4 times a day.

    Now, working from home, my neighborhood is nice enough to walk around, but even on the best days I struggle to hit 8k. Trying to lift 2-3 times a week in my basement gym, but it ebbs and flows. One week, I’ll work out 3-4 times, and then I’ll take 6-7 days off.

    I’m still eating well though.
