  2. I’ve found the app Strong super useful for tracking my workouts, my rest timers, along with tracking my progression so it’s easy to progressive overload every workout.

  3. Hey guys, I introduced an app I made with no ads, in-app purchases to give back to the powerlifting community in the last monthly thread. It’s a plate calculator with neat extras like RPE calculator, and also wilks/IPF/DOTS calculations as well. Since then I added percentages, a reverse calculator (finding out weight on the bar with plates). I need this when I use kilo plates lol, hopefully some of y’all find this helpful too.
