I am a skinny man (18 years old) and eat around 1600-1800 calories a day. I recently got a calorie tracker app and just noticed it. I try to eat as much as I can (healthy food) but I don't seem to eat enough food. If I go to school I don't have time to have breakfast, so I eat bread for about 5 hours. If I try to eat a lot of food on the weekends, I still get about 1,800 calories (assuming I don't eat fast food, which I rarely eat). How do I eat more calories and get more proteins? How is your diet plan?
