How to get rid of funnel chest and fill out my arms from the front?


I've been training for a few months now and I've taken some steps but the very large areas that I tried to work on haven't experienced much change.

The only posts I found on this were years ago and they didn't really answer my question. I started exercising in the first place because I wanted to get rid of the big hole near the bottom of my inner chest, as it was inserted in about one inch, but while the rest of my chest saw improvements, nothing really changed there, although I've tried several exercises .

Another problem is that while my arms get bigger, they from the front still look skinny on the side facing my body and I have no idea how to fix it.

As a note, I mostly do body weight exercises but if necessary I can do more traditional weight exercises to fix these problems.

  1. If you want to get rid of things looking too small, you need to add mass to them, which means eating and lifting. Bodyweight is good for general health but it isn’t going to alter the look of your body all that much. Eat and lift and you will fill in your areas of concern. Check the wiki for help on how to do it.

  2. The divot in your chest is a structural thing, so you’ll have to live with that.

    To fix how your arms look from the front, keep working out and gaining weight. A couple of months is not nearly enough time.
