How do I increase my caloric intake?

أنا رجل نحيف ونحيف (52 كجم ، 170 سم). نظرًا لأنني نباتي أجد صعوبة في تناول ما يزيد عن 2500 سعرة حرارية واستهلاك أكثر من 150 جرامًا من البروتين يوميًا.

  2. Eat lots of fatty things like nuts and avocados. Put butter on everything. Smoothies with full fat yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, frozen fruit, etc.

  3. Continue eating what you’re eating, but add a big spoon of peanut butter after each meal. You can chase it down with soy milk. That should be easy and enjoyable even for someone with low appetite.

    Being vegetarian isn’t a problem. I’m not anymore but I was for 7 years and my body didn’t really care where the protein I was consuming came from as long as it was enough.

    Lastly, as long as you’re eating enough protein, and on the whole your diet consist of whole foods, don’t be afraid to get a bit dirty. There’s nothing wrong with smashing a doughnut or a bag of potato chips, when you’re otherwise eating reasonably healthy food.
