Good elastic band (and dumbbells) only routine?

I cannot go to the gym at the moment. Most body weight procedures require dragging and row bars, but I didn't get any of that. I live in a small apartment and do not have durable tables or usable door structures, trust me for that. What I can buy is dumbbells (but I'm worried about not being able to put pressure on the bench because I didn't get a seat) and rubber bands. Can I have a good workout though, without neglecting the back? Have you got some good routines with these limitations?

  1. you can find dumbell only routines in the wiki, if you want to do a bench press but not having the access to a bench, just do floorpress.
